Yeah, I am still alive. But Verizon DSL is a fickle friend.
I have much news, mostly good, which I’ll try to catch everyone up on when I get back. Over the rest of the week though, I have a detention hearing (hopefully I’ll get to cross a cop), much work, a plane flight, a Friday morning interview at a New England PD office, and a plane flight. And jail visits. And class. Speaking of which, classes for this semester:
Advanced Environmental Law
Role of the Federal Prosecutor
Criminal Enforcement of Environmental Laws
(and – although with the workload it should be “or”)
Criminal Justice Clinic - 2 or 3 active superior court clients (misdemeanors) and 2 active parole clients.
I’m actually kind of nervous about this. I’d be less nervous if there wasn’t a lot of
gratuitous reading. But you know how
those professor types are. What makes
matters worse is that I’ve got a couple of professors who are *also* going to
bury us in completely essential reading. Sheesh.
