Sexy Little Thing in Red

Well, although the Scoplaw is still on a dating sabbatical, there’s nothing wrong with a little snuggle-action between two consenting adults, etc. This morning I woke up this morning next to a hot little number in red. Truth be told, this isn’t the first time I’ve found her next to me in the AM (I generally take the wall side of the bed, while she prefers the side closer to the window). I've known her for a bit which is usual for me as I'm not into the complete stranger thing at all. We had a pretty intense night, about two and a half hours from the point where I locked my door and took off my shirt till we drifted off to sleep. It was a very focused back and forth kind of thing as she’s got some internal tensions, some conflicts, and it takes time to tease them out. But really, is there a better way to spend your time?

Three potential stumbling blocks in our relationship: 1) every now and then I have no idea what she’s talking about (usually something from her intermediate past, I think) and this can bore me if she goes on and on about it. 2) She accessorizes in gold, and I’m certainly a silver guy (when I think gold, I think fake tans, painted nails, lots of hair products – ick). 3) Her full name is really awkward to pronounce. I call her “C” – short for Civil Procedure: Doctrine, Practice, and Context.
